Hi HeresHopin and investz ... it's pretty hard not not to ignore the SP because I'm (was) trying to top up, but saying that I did manage to buy on Friday at just under 80p ... (I still have a target of 120) What I'm really interested in is growth, from what I can tell their factory in China has spare space for extra production lines, and besides increasing market share within the UK they have a toe dipped into other parts of the world ref page 19 of https://www.luceco.com/public/investors/2016-final-results-presentation.pdf I do feel the LED sector had a bad 2017.... anyway I think DIA (I'm holding) is about to issue it's year results soon, maybe this might help boost the LED sector! ... another one I'm watching is CAR, but I still think LUCE is the better one to invest in at this time

Hi investz .... it would have been very early morning ... well before the market opens IMHO the past three weeks the spread, SP, buys showing as sells and so on has been a total shambles!

Makes no sense, both Morning Star and The Telegraph have the Bid/Offer price set at 81-100 http://shares.telegraph.co.uk/fundamentals/?epic=LUCE and here we are with a SP of 81p

IMOP, it was a combination of issues that drove the SP down, call it a perfect storm if you want But now I see the opposite is happening, the combination of (what I think is) a low valuation of the company, Friday's 20% jump in SP, last weeks drop in the Markets leaving many traders/investors looking for their next short term fix If you are thinking of going long, one interesting possible event is another possible directer sell from end of April/May onwards ... ref RNS Number : 4692X

I think the worst is over, and happy to just wait it out until April when the years results are released I also think in the past 18 months investor expectations in the LED sector has been way to high, now the bubble has burst is does seem to be the best time to buy! (but not sure about DIA yet!)
