When Pelham Capital finish off loading IMO then it will be rerated to its true value...

This should be rerated as time has come to consider that $ 41.5 POB is reflecting we expect positive agreement at OPEC meeting over the weekend.. The market rerated the midsize oilers during the last 8 weeks.
