Nevertogiveup I think most agree the delays are frustrating but the difference in mindset is many see that as an opportunity.

They can quite easily fix this all be it very slow and if they do this is a multibagger in this copper environment.

Exactly and recent interviews with new board members was actually quite refreshing, despite the delay around section 11 they looked very eager to get things moving.

Look at the wording in recent delay rns, they want to keep shareholders updated.

Chatmandu how are you completely disregarding the 50% move in copper and the super cycle in metals since last summer. Obviously valuations on these assets were in the dumps but that has changed significantly since then.

Just for comparison TUN is £400million market cap with $1.7billion npv which is 30% npv

Yes they are ahead of SML but SML has the grades.

But it is more about the pricing they use $1300 tungsten in their recent rns, same model here puts this in the £billions aswell.

It says in the RNS they will release weekly updates, I think they understand the frustration.

But people are reading way too much into this it will relist shortly I think, regulator sign off is already at final stages per rns.

They have had a lot to juggle since the acquisition. If you believe in uranium super cycle then look back in a few months and this will do extremely well I think.

Tungsten west economics and baroninvest has ignited this today although thought we would be much higher.

We are talking about a £1billion asset at current prices.

Section 11 has no impact on having access to the site or the work they can carry out.

A lot of derampers want these to fail but I think this will relist shortly as it is not the same as the first suspension, most of the work on keeping regulators happy is already complete.

A few extra weeks whilst they balance everything out is totally fine, of-course I am giving them the benefit of the doubt time wise. Should take no more than a few weeks there abouts.

Relist with a positive update into this uranium market and all will be forgiven.

At current market cap SML is valued at £60million.

I think £1billion npv looks likely on updated figures so currently being priced at 6% of asset value.

Ofcourse pricing changes and we do not know where tungsten will be in 12 months but most believe carries on in a bull cycle.
