Doc83, Unless there is a Holdings RNS update of someone selling. It is just pure speculation.

For my own sanity I have found it best to just ignore everything and everyone that is negative and focus on the upcoming MRE.

Do not ENGAGE with GWJ , they have an agenda to disrupt. Only recently started posting a couple of week ago and I have been invested with EEE for 2 years. Yet only now some fool has something to say. The Easiest thing is to filter like ML said the noise will go away.

I’ve worked damned hard buying this stock over the last 2 years and there is absolutely no chance of me selling at low prices. Yet again nothing has changed and nothing negative from Empire themselves. Will be eagerly awaiting for the MRE whether that is next week or next month I don’t care.

Take a look at Sovereign Metals. Share price is rock solid and not falling. Stop filling the board with nonsense.

There is also a filter button. That deletes negative people. That’s exactly what I have done. We have seen these drops before on the way up. It’s nothing new and a great time to buy the dips. MRE bonanza is just a few weeks away.

Read the recent RNS and pay particular attention to Shaun Bunn’s assessment of Empire. It is a well written statement and I draw attention to the fact, Shaun Bunn mentions aerospace and defence not once but twice. They are in the know.

2024 was tough for some. I even doubted it myself when it dropped to below 6p. That top up now looks excellent value at 5.7p. I still can’t believe we are now moving towards the MRE statement and we have already gone past 50p. Still laughing at my 24p end of year prediction. I think I can safely say, let’s just leave it to the experts.

Printerman62, I only own EEE. All my other stocks are pension funds. Got EEE as my pension was falling short. I don’t need to worry anymore.

I was extremely lucky , my mate at work is friends with a stockbroker.

They are in at 2p.

My mate at work told me October 23.. hence to say I paid a little more. Slowly stocking up over an 18 month period. I feel very lucky to have come across EEE.

Would you happen to have the information of the density of the weathered cap.? As with that information a rough calculation is maybe possible with the average being 6% Tio2 in the area of 5.2km x 2.6 km.

Exactly why I put I’m no expert.

Personally I don’t see any offer coming in this early . Even after the MRE has landed. I could of course be completely wrong. Talking of takeovers this early is wishfull thinking. I’m planning on holding until full scale commercial production. If an offer comes in, then it at least puts a valuation on what they believe we are worth.

I’m no expert but I would have thought It’s fair to say a buy out offer I think won’t be coming anytime soon. Still plenty of work to be done to get a fair valuation for Pitfield. Empire can potentially get many multiples of any offer given at this early stage. If I was to put my hat on offer this early. I would say a £1 billion offer would be on the table. Like I said I’m no expert and could be well off any reasonable offer on the table.

I take it with EEE, we are mostly sitting with Anatase in the ground. Now I’m no mining expert. Would EEE be looking to transform this to rutile, with a simple process.

Titanium dioxide anatase pigment also occurs in crystalline form. Typically, it is manufactured in powder form, crystals, or tablets.

Anatase pigments can be as small as 0.02 μm.

Notably, heating anatase TiO2 in high temperatures (of above 700’C will transform it to rutile pigment. As such, rutile pigment is superior to anatase pigment.

Anyone with the expertise think EEE will look at using this method.

Just popped up on Empire twitter. The department is going further to secure industry access to critical minerals by launching a new loan guarantee scheme for UK-based suppliers that sell critical minerals (#titanium), or products that contain critical minerals, to UK exporters.
