High all: this morning clp�s lawyers will attend at 10:30am (09:30 our time) the possibly the final decision should be made regarding the assignation of mediapolis land and 10 villas to us as we are the major and only one creditor with a first charge, apart there is the small one due 160k euros approx, that could be paid off with the escrow funds (1.368 mill euros) The liquidators fees can also be paid from escrow. The value of the land is declared by the court to be @ 3 mill euros and 5 mill euros for the villas.Yesterday i came across an article dated 18nov 2017 Saturday (we just came out of suspension the Friday b4 and trading again from 3pm coincidence?) that says that Legambiente, one of the associations that went against the theme park, will monitor the land because, with mediapolis out of the question now, someone will buy the land, or it will pass to someone and as the land has BUILDING PERMITS ATTACHED, it could be used in another form (hospital, Care Home or even for the Tribunal) We know from tomshare and his research, the Tribunal is overcrowded and needs to find a new place. Now: as the building permits are attached (they are) for sure the land is worth MULTIPLES of that 3 mill euros! This constant opposition is a normal situation in Italy but there is a wind of change that is sweeping across, lately, since the recent elections, that the possible 2 parties that got most votes might find an agreement and join together to form a (stable) government. You have to know that Lega Nord and M5 Stars are anti-bureaucratic and full of young delegates, no ties up to their seats, like the predecessors, old and not so wise! This will be the turning point for Italy and CLP for sure. Mediapolis was included in the pact of Canavese that was supportive of our project (theme park) but bureaucracy stalled it. Yes Stalled it. It could still be ALIVE. We could see a totally different approach with these 2 new parties, as their main intention is to create jobs especially for the youngs.FG is a very clever and astute person and has many connections especially because in Padova (where he was born) is Lega Nord stronghold along with M5 Stars.
