Davey- You spend a lot of time putting this company down! Are you a disgruntled employee?
I don't understand why so much effort?
But to address your point. TRHC are likely looking at the market froma different perspective. There is obviously an interest and a reason to form a partnership and not just a consultation.
There is obviously a value that TRHC has identified! By identifying something of value or a product that has commercial value, where a competitor may also identify that value and obtain PYC's modelling to compete against TRHC.
If this is the case it makes commercial sense to take PYC and form a partnership, this neutralizes any competitor from approaching PYC while in the partnership.
This is why this partnership has dimensions that are clearly no going to be published as it would be deemed as commercially sensitive.
PYC has far more value than you are aware of. I again point to the fact that you raised, TRHC do a similar dosing modelling, so why bother partnering?
Scientists don't tend to be commercially astute, in many instances, its purely the science and until now, I feel that has been the case with PYC. It had to engage in commercial activities to keep the dream alive, but to me it seems that they have been happy keeping things going along, but in the meantime have made a really good product and have royalties, that will soon likely start paying big
