I have some expenses this month and some other things I am looking at, but as I stated, I will buy some tomorrow or Tue and will continue to buy on dips, as I am able too!

Bitcoin is a part of a portfolio is good and so is #ANA (at these prices for me)!
My average is .57 and BOD expect this to be 10p (source: interview on proctive).

So, from my point of view anyone investing at these levels woukd do very well- even if it's 5p!

Bitcoin isn't the problem for the US, it's the Chinese DCEP as the sovereign stable coin.
Bitcoin is to volatile to gain traction as a global stable currency.
This is why Elon Musk is backing another stable coin and it is my understanding that Bitcoin isn't his favorite and might just as easily flip it!

Bitcoin is great if you catch the ride up and sell close to the peak, but can crush you if you buy it on the crest and goes down!

UTRs! You are missing the point and haven't done any research they have £300k+ for stage one.
They also have very £3m worth of convertible notes and shares in ICAN!
They also have other investments and assets, but I won't go into that because you started by asking questions, but you didn't do any research or you would've known (amoungst other things), the points I have mentioned!
You would also know that the (insiders) have the warrants and the BOD's plan is for a reverse merger onto a larger stock market!
So, while sell all you warrants at 1p-1.4p when you can save some poweder for a much much higher share price.
Also, not everyone is going to convert the warrants at the same time.

So, as you are doing research and have decided that you won't be investing- best of luck! So, I guess you'll be moving on!

Well, they are very different investments and each to their own, but I think this is at the bottom floor entry and you make more money when you are in a ground level rather than jumping on a bandwagon that is well up already and possibly due a correction.
I like ANA, I think it will do well!

If someone bought at a higher price you would have several options:

A) sell and crystalize a loss! (Maybe not)
B) sit on hands because IMO it will go back up higher
C) buy more and look at the opportunity to buy more and lower average (if you've done research and trust your judgement, it might be an idea for those who can)

It's funny how when a share is about to really increase there is always someone who puts it down!

So, I guess your not investing UTRS-! You ask questions it haven't provided the answers (correct answers ) to the supposed research you have done!

Also MCap is well below the amount you have quoted, so I'm topping up as I can.
This won't be the next Philip Morris but will do very well from these levels!

UTRS- there will be dilution buy dilution will not happen at the same time. So, if someone converts their warrants and buys the shares, it's money in the bank.
What you have to look at and ask yourself- is the dilution to keep the lights on, BOD lifestyle or wasting time? That would be bad dilution! However, if people have invested in the company and supported the company for a while should have a reward for that!
In addition if the dilution is for expansion or directly implementing planned growth- it is a good thing.

As a final note, the company will be going onto a more liquid stock exchange and as a result the share price will be higher with a higher volume and as a result those warrants are likely to be mopped up as soon as they turn into shares.

You do realize that ANA own share in ICAN and have convertible loan notes that can be converted and sold to fund a lot here!
Folks,please go back and read the news releases on the website.
ANA have the money to fund their project in the form of shares and cover table loan notes in ICAN, so please DYOR as I can see some trying to plant seeds of doubt!
This loan was given to ICAN in 2018 and I CAN value has sky rocketed!

Tog- I wouldn't expect them to tell you a date, even if they do have one. There are several reasons why I wouldn't expect them to tell you, but one of them is simply because we are living in uncertain times in regards to the pandemic restrictions and this date could be delayed s it could be brought forward.

I know that everyone's focus is Lincolnshire, but there is also Hollañd, Canada, Isreal and other investments that could also bring some very positive news.
It's been in the news that Isreal is opening up again, so possibly news from there as well

I just remembered and it should've occurred to me when doing fill or kills.
Instead of putting in a price, I should've left that blank and the broker is legally blind to fill the order at the best price possible, regardless if it's a buy or sell!

I am holding and I have an account with X-O and an account with HL.
I find that it is taking about 30mins to buy or sell these shares, simply because it has to be done as a fill or kill and if the transaction is killed, would take another 20 mins or so.
So, imo unless you want to pay £50 on HL to do it over the phone (and that is even taking 20 minutes to get through)- basically, this isn't a share to attempt to trade in and out of but for me it is rather buy on dips and try and build on my holding
It's only punt money I have in it but everytime I look and red I feel more and more confident that this has the potential to be a very exposure share

I realize that everyone's focus is on phase one in Lincolnshire, but remember the investments in Isreal and other Cannabis related investments which give the this tiny little company exposure to booming markets and investments in this industry.
Now remember Melissa Sturgess has lthe experience of managing listed companies on Austrian and UK listed companies.
So, for me little ANA will not be hidden for long.
As a final note share bought in placings tend to be forward sold, but if the share price goes down, that's when I will try and top up

You cannot be a significant listed company on Nex/AQUIS. You need to be on a significant exchange to achieve the companies vision.

Jowenz- Nex/AQUIS is very much an incubator for very small micro-caps!
To attract large sophisticated investors or funds, it would have to move or issue a dual listing.
This is a company that if it is on main oars could be a £200m- £500m MCAP in phase 2!

So, if it wants to attract the investnent and investors ( big kids), it would have to do the listing.

They don't have to tell us this, it's something that will likely happen imo!

IMO (if it were me) I would raise the money needed through a raise when the share price gets to 10-15p and do much like #KNB and reverse merger into a shell company already listed on the main board!

This would allow (as mentioned) funds and sophisticated/ institutional investors to buy in and create a solid base for the company to build value through growth, while delivering good returns for those invested.

Anyone investing at this point imo will probably see 3x - 4x their money over the next month and upon site visit from home office, I could see 10x - 20x Fridays close!

These figure are incredible, but this is an explosive stock in an exploding industry in at the beginning!

If you have the patience and are in at these levels, you could probably expect to have shares that could be worth well north of 50p in 12- 18mths and £1+ in 2-5years!

So, that is head turning and for me I don't think we will see the £1 because chances are we will be bought out well before then by one of the big Tabasco companies or Big pharma!

In my view this company is worth somewhere between £8-£12m before license and again in my opinion somewhere between £25-£30m upon approval!
Simply because of the competitive advantage and the intrinsic value of the license and the ability to grow such a lucrative cash crop!

So, I personally see this 3x - 4x current share price before license and maybe on. Sunny day, maybe a tad more if enough people want in!

Folks- volume yesterday and today has shown a marked increase! With volume and a continued or rising interest in this share, the market makers will raise the price!

If you are underwater, so believe it is only for the weekend, as people become aware and we bring this company to other people's attention, it will bring more eyes on to us and more volume, more buys and a steady increase in share price.

I feel comfortable saying that anythin under 2.5p will yield a really good return in my opinion!

I say this because imo if this share goes on LSE it will attract bigger investors and funds, but I have a sneaky that if permission is granted the company would be sparking the interest of buyers who could jump start a huge business with the permits in place.

Spread seems to have widened and it looks like published ask is 1.40p again!
The mm's have no shares and this I was told by HL a moment ago! He said that "unable to retrieve live quote is because of liquidity and it is because the book makers don't have shares*!

So that is music to my ears!

Just a little word of warning to anyone new! Beware of stop losses. If the mm's are short on shares, they can drop the price to trigger sells, fill orders or collect shares for die settlements and lock you out!

I think some people may have top sliced but an opportunity for those who want some of these! Imo this will be 5p when it hits AIM or LSE!
