Most people here, like a good beer,a good wine or a good aged cheese. The longer it quietly ferments and ages, the better it will be. Companies tend to keep quiet due to two reasons IMO- A) they are delaying on reporting bad news. That isn't the case here as in my experience the news always seems to leak. B) the company has really good news, but circumstances prevent them from reporting, this could be legal, operational or that the full extent isn't known, thus wouldn't be of long term benefit to release at this stage. I personally think that Zaza is biting his nails and just itching to let us know what's going on, but either it would harm the company (weaken negotiations) in arbitration, is tied by NDA(s) or a combo of both.
