Always a good sign when directors and CEO dipping into their pockets to buy shares....if good for them(with theirs inside knowledge....)then I am comfortable myself to follow....

If you have an online shares a/c then it straight forward actions, if you don't best you can do I suppose is to ring your broker or the company you are doing your trading with.

You need to register your choosen option and make sure you got the adequate funds.
They will take your money but the final amount of shares will o ly be credited to your account when and if the event will be going ahead.

Added few this morning....if VAL can do it, then we must have some hopes as well....patience (plenty...)and not less faith is the name of the game in any bio pharmaceutical company that got the sort of potential SAR has...IMHO.

Very nice to see....just when I was ready to accept total loss here.....
Only 50% down now after averaging down few times recently, so some hopes creeping in....

Nearly impossible to find a bottom in any shares...all you can do is try....having said that,if you do your research then you could consider the risk versus rewards at any stage,and I think that with the current price it is favours the latest....of course it can prove to be wrong but then again, your money your decision....

After long while decided to add few here today....the current price (depressing....)is maybe as low as it can go...or near enough anyway, me hopes...we are more than due some positive news so I taken my chances after good run with some other much better performers in my portfolio....

Forgot to mention my thoughts that no matter what happens in the short term I am confident enough in the long term prospects here and even more under the helm of the old CEO....it just that in the near term I think there are better opportunities out there and I think the chance to buy more here will be for a long while even if that means paying a wee bit higher price than the RI options.....again IMHO.

My personally intention is to take only circa half of my allocation and then wait to see the price after the funds raising and the follow up consolidation....true many times the price can take a dip after such events....nothing is guaranteed of course but hedging your bets is not a bad idea....this is not an advice only my honest opinion.....

It's good news to shift those warrants out of the way,and it's also contributing more than 1.5 million pounds to the cash kitty....HOWEVER, it's also means overhang of shares that will be sold in the market for handsome profits...hence the retrace in the share price despite yesterday good update...IMHO.

Marcus, you should know exactly how many shares is allocated to you by now.....in fact you only have few days left to decide if and how many you want to take (depending on your broker deadline...)

Indeed above my expectations and I think also above market expectations....growth is picking up and profit too....
Sound good for me, I picked up few shares recently only because I thought the buy back program will help sooner or later but I will add even more now when funds available base on the potential recovery....very please with the update and it was long time waiting....

My plans are to take only my half allocation of the RI....with funds ready I will wait and see the new price after the funds raising is completed and the consolidation is done....when/if the price will drop further, (I think there is a good chance it will...)then I will buy some more in the open market.....of course this is not guaranteed, but I will take my chances....

True I do have a trading pot which I sell when I feel the price and time is right (for me....)
But, I am a buyer as well and again when I feel the price is right for me....like I said I have my main core holding tight for the longer term ....by the way of topslicing occasionally I actually managed to increase my long term holding so although not always very successfully, it's working fine for me...
