As a long time holder here I just can't agree more....but we still have to wait for this transformational news of the full working LIGHT MACHINE assembled and in full operation order, and all the red tape to be signed on.....a key nees before we finally can unlock the long awaited POTENTIAL..

Today potential sell of 3 machines sound positive but it's non binding agreement which not really means much......(we still waiting to know if and when we actually going to have a fully operated machine....)
The longer the wait I sense another placing looming....hopefully wrong about it....
Having said that I am still a keen holder....for my sins....

A little more waiting, it's true ....but with the first investor still interesting now we also have a potential second one as a plan B safe gourd option....add to it the that all operations activities continue to do well then it's sound very encouraging indeed.

Bozi hi, yes you are absolutely right, apologies for not making myself clear on the demerger explanation....it's very interesting to see what will be the price the market will put on the gold assets,and how the company intends to use the recent funds from the latest placing ....it looks like that the company value the lithium assets much higher than the gold ones

Mike hi, today news about the demerger plans not actually giving much details so it's unknown yet how many free shares current holders will be allocated in the new entity,....many times that sort of corporate process give you the same amount of shares in the new company for free and the price of this company will be determined by how many new investors will want to participate in the new funds raising and the market demands.....HOWEVER, you have to bear in mind that our share price here is likely to decrease somewhat as a result of the transfer of the lithium assets to the new company.

Despite today and recent very positive news you can still buy shares below the latest placing price of 20p.....to be honest, not making much sense to me why???..... as such I added quite few first thing this morning and very happy to take advantage of what I consider to be a bargain with mid to long term holding in mind....

2.8p premium placing must be good news....must admit, just couldn't see that coming....
Confidence is growing....no one will give you nearly a million pounds without proper DD.....

Absolutely top news....the lithium demerger once completed will give us free shares in a new entity with great value ,and yes potentially will be a target for T/O which if/when will take place will release substantial funds to make the most of the gold assets.....

Yes,agree about the price prediction....the yanks with the deep pockets will be comfortable to get theirs dosh to participate after doing some DD into the company latest reports IMHO....
hopefully it will end with high demand ....if it does it can jump to circa 10 pounds on the first few days of trading......hopefully....
