Fairly standard rewards by many companies.....
Never good news to give away future dilution, but it's a sort of placing that will contribute some cash directly to the company coffins with no cost and at least will be hold by company directors and only after achieving certain targets.

Any chance of that sort of news or similar here???....:)
Maybe before next Xmas.....

I was with MARL at that time and the bid came after sustain unexplained drop but as you said, not as brutal,and not after such long and relentless selling, if my memory serves me right....
And yes the bid price was generous although some folks were not impressed.....I don't think it will be happening here, but you just never know....personally I will rather let the company get on with the big task ahead with NM or even another one of big boys.

2 additional contacts....currently working on 85% capacity with increased margin, and forecast to report first yearly profit for the first time since 2016.....all looking good for 2022 and beyond.

My cheeky order to buy another tranche for2.20p placed last week and is getting very close to be triggered.....by the way of the relentless drip drop I may be "forced " to place another one for below 2p......not really happy at all but at least I can average down with hopes for recovery at some stage....I still believe the fundamentals are making the current level way way very cheap.....but then again,what do I know?????....

Once again (how many times???....l the main and only issue here for a long while now is the lack of volume....not enough seller,and not many buyers either (unfortunately...) as such fluctuations are easily controlled by the M/M depending on theirs mood.....at least until we get some material news..... when that comes and the direction the market will react is anyone guess.....
For me personally it's hold tight (and add few when I feel right...)until and as long this will finally break out.

No brainer buy in the current price IMHO.....
11p placing which was at 80% premium is not something you see very often (personally never seen anything like it before....)
I had small punt here which is heavily under water but took a tranche first thing this morning to bring my average materially down and to below the placing price, will hold it now with anticipation and realistic hopes to not only get my investment back, but even some profit in the near /middle term....

I am also in the opinion that we are on the verge of something BIG, but then again some less optimistic folks will claim that was the case for long time now (fair enough....) the difference is the fact we are nearing cash positive status for the first time if you believe the company statement....
This on its own is already big step forward....hopefully 2022 is our year,and the least we LTH deserve.

You can never rule out placing when investing in small company....HOWEVER, with the new AAA transformational deal in the bag with $30 millions annually to add to other sources of revenue and in addition to the current cash reserves of £7 millions our bank balance should be very healthy......so if(BIG if....)further funds raising will be needed it will be only in order to support another huge expansion and in that case it will be done at much higher SP than the current....IMHO.
meanwhile we can realistically expect a decent re rating to our growing status from a minnow to a respected player in the games market.

The old SP basement of below 2p (only week ago...) is now more than doubled to circa 4p..

True 2021 revenue is nothing special and just about expected, but looking forward to next year and beyond (which it's what the market is really interested.....) is looking very promising indeed.
Will hold tight to my shares with realistic anticipation for much more to come.....

The company did not need urgent cash (only yesterday confirmed that cash balance is very healthy....) HOWEVER, they allow the HNWI to average down on his previous investment that bought on higher price....only fair I suppose....
More dilution for us is not such good news, but at least we have some extra cash and not a bad price considering yesterday SP close.....
Now let's get proper deals.....

Positive news,rather than the placing which savvy locals were expecting....just little step forward me hopes....more cash will be needed next year but only after signing more deals and on the back of higher SP...IMHO.

LJ been and gone but the new CEO seems like a decent guy and fast mover ....they also got a producing diamond mine and potential for lithium asset ,hopefully when they sort out water pipeline the prospects could finally come real....
But like here, you live and hope, I have few of those BIG potential in my portfolio, so only need 1 or 2 to come good to give me a decent pay day....

I can accept if you prefer to wait with hopes to buy in cheaper (always a possibility....) but I will certainly not risk selling any of my current holdings (with profit....)as it's simply not reached my first target to bank some profits....
