Since then UFO have executed the Native Title Agreement with the Traditional Owners. It's their heritage and they have given approval to turn Hanc0ck into a mine and are looking forward to their 0.9% royalty on all iron ore sold.

DMIRS actively encourage & promote the development of mines.

Should receive it from DMIRS very soon. Fully permitted by June and JV partner to fund going forward and start construction July/August.

Looking forward to handing the keys of our Hanc0ck project to the JV partner and let them execute Mining Plus's Development Study plan asap, run it with economies of scale and rapidly increase resources . 95% to explore across Hanc0ck & Mallina plus box tenement!

@Turbo. I agree about the silver mining & restarting operations at Elizabeth Hill.

The PGM & Gold project with in situ value US$2.7bn was the reason why ARV initially bought the Radio Hill Plant up the road. It can be updated. Just needs a JV partner to invest.

New UFO Director Rob brought in Lonmin Plc/Sibanye before who spent $20M on it.

Lets see what Rod can do this time with much higher Precious Metals prices.

People don't realise that UFO has JORC Resource which includes 152k oz gold within in situ value of $335M open at depth & along strike!

There is plenty more gold in them Pinder Hills, with low cost walk up targets ready for the JV partner to drill :)

Anglo struggling to get their iron ore out of S. Africa due to crippling rail infrastructure and also happen to be the world's largest Platinum producer and 2nd largest Palladium producer suffering from daily blackouts due to S. Africa's grid failure.
