Their pegmatites are from Mafic-Ultramafics host rocks and UFO has matching Mafic-Ultramafic intrusions.

All starting to make sense now that we know UFO is going down the JV route to unlock BOTH Hanc0ck & Pinderi Hills.

An amazing amount of work has gone on behind the scenes over the years piecing it all together:

UFO first acquires Elizabeth Hill. Then Munni Munni North. Platina took Artemis to the High Court on 20th July 2020 to stop them vending 40% of the main PGM & Gold Project to EEE (after which UFO's SP starts to rocket).

UFO then acquired the 30% of Platina stake, which gave them the right to first refusal to purchase the remainder 70% off ARV. Now whole region has been 100% consolidated.

This is the first time in several generations Munni Munni region has been owned 100% at the licence level after settlement of multiple long running legal disputes dating back decades in regard to ownership.

Power struggles have taken place over it.

Now Rob - Helix Resources which had previously owned Munni Munni and JV'd with Lonmin Plc/Sibanye brought back in to JV.

Very exciting with what has happened with Azure Minerals and Karratha Lithium belt.

Infrastructure & Mining Lease in place (already grandfathered in).

Hanc0ck + Mallina = strategic acquisitions which provide direct access to Northern Highway & now unlocking stranded deposits incl MinRes Sirius with the Miscellaneous Licence granted.

Native Title executed. Very soon Mining Lease.

Taken a long time to get here, but all that value about to be unlocked very quickly now. ATB

Interestingly in the last UFO RNS, at the end in "Notes to Editors" it stated UFO "targeted to deliver a mining operation of 2Mtpa for 10 years."

Alwyn mentioned pushing through more tonnes for economies of scale & better economics.

Going to be a very exciting year for UFO.

Well if you just look at the map, it doesn't take a genius to realise that MinRes will need to use our Misc Licence haul road if they want to unlock their stranded 124Mt Sirius deposit at 60.3% Fe. In doing so, they will need to JV or pay transit fee (as per previous RNS). Transit fee at a couple dollars a tonne = $248M total over time, so JV would be best option for them.

Or it could be Gina's Hanc0ck Prospecting or Atlas Iron (owned by Gina).

Bill mentioned in presentation that they were in talks with Hanc0ck Prospecting with regards to Sirius Extension synergies, since the deposit also goes into her tenement in the north.

No idea though which company it will be. Hopefully, there will be bidding war.

Mining Lease first IMO, then JV deal RNS.

A JV for Pinderi Hills will then blow the doors off completely.

In Oct 2022, SQM sent 2 geologists to Azure's Andover project. Hired a helicopter for the day looking at all the pegmatite outcrops. Liked what they saw and invested $20M for 20% of the company.

Only started drilling since March 2023 and Market Cap now $1.7bn and only own 60% of the Andover project!

Gina invested also.

Also now that the whole Elizabeth Hill mining lease, Munni Munni North, Munni Munni PGM & Gold project tenements have been 100% consolidated & owned by UFO with no more legal disputes that went back decades etc,

The JV partner can do grid drilling right across.

Then we find the other "silver pods" EH repeats, PGMs which are open at depth & along strike, Copper and "Near Surface results includes 5.2m @ 2.1% Ni" plus all the lithium pegmatites which have already been desktop mapped out! Wowzer!

Boom, boom, boom!

Yes I definitely prefer the JVs signed & monetising quicker compared to original strategy of waiting for profit from DSO to then start production at Elizabeth Hill and then finally develop Pinderi Hills.

With the JV partners coming in, Hanc0ck & Pinderi Hills can scale up in resource very quick.

Truth is a lot of people got stopped out during the drop on Friday when they should have been buying. Weak hands & dead wood cut out. Sounds harsh, but necessary for creating a huge uptrend. Only hardcore shareholders left now & no placing churn.

This means SP is only going to go up with Mining Lease coming soon. This will re-rate aggressively now the brakes are off.

Bottom is in.

Lots of people here now kicking themselves they didn't buy back in or top up at the bottom like Dickie with yesterday's +17.39% rise.

Don't be upset. Still early days. This will be back above 0.20p very soon and will keep moving up en route to production.

Why do you want to mine silver sub $25/oz when you can mine DSO at surface with 1:1 Strip Ratio and no beneficiation?

However, silver will soon break out and Elizabeth Hill will be JV'd.

Same with Munni Munni which has an in situ value of US£2.7bn which is open at depth & along strike.

All going ahead now with Hanc0ck along the lines of the Development Study.

You said you will assess your invest in 2025. Check back here once Mining Lease announced + JV.

I'll be looking forward to welcome the fake shareholders here (ie the ones that say they hold but have an agenda and can only post negatively) as real shareholders once SP shoots past half a penny after JVs signed for Hanc0ck & Pinderi Hills.

@Steveiom. Fully permitted by June. Mobilise & start construction July/August. Having seen the timeframe of mobilisation to production for others, there is actually a buffer in there.

Instead UFO gets Funding Facility of up to A$2 million to push ahead!

Higher silver price means Elizabeth Hill (which currently has zero value in the Market Cap) will be worth more.

Mining Plus's Development Study stated AISC including Freight & Royalties = $123.1/t AUD (US$80.89/t at current exchange rate).

Plenty of buffer here with Hanc0ck (largest sealed road from Newman to largest port).

Plus they will use hedging to weather any periods below AISC.

The smaller iron ore juniors in Australia that had to shut were travelling distances of 650km, 750km & 800km etc.

In China due to their low-grade and need for beneficiation, the marginal producers have costs of $100/t. This is why Alwyn was saying $100/t is the swing point. If it dips below, it will then swing back up.

Plus as Alwyn was saying plenty of scope to reduce AISC with economies of scale.
