I noticed a Bed & ISA go through this morning at 09:58am for 3M shares. Easy to spot since they go through at full bid and get bought back at slightly higher price.

Mine + my wife's Bed & ISA totaled to just over 30M shares.

I've been doing Bed & ISAs every year since 2021 and have always seen them on LSE (hence why I gave a heads up).

This is the first time I haven't seen a transaction being reported on LSE.

I don't think they consolidated them, since there where only 2 large transactions at 25M (which were buys that sent the SP flying straight after).

MMs have oversold & short.

I called up my account and they said since it’s a nominee account, not all trades are reported on the London Stock Exchange as per the terms & conditions. But he has assured me the shares are there (which I can see on my account).

He also said they will show on my quarterly statements.

Sounds to me that they have lent out my shares hence why they can’t sell & buy back.

People were expecting placing with new shares. Instead Funding Facility. Therefore, they are short.

But instead UFO secured Funding Facility up to $2M and Mining Lease & JV deals coming through first with significant re-rates. ATB

But yes I am very much looking forward to a new appointment, Hanc0ck RNS update with Mining Lease (hopefully next week) and JV deals.

UFO new Director Rob Mosig (ex-Helix Resources) previously brought in Lonmin Plc/Sibanye to invest $20M into Munni Munni.

Last PFS on Munni Munni was when palladium was $500/oz.

Now first time in 30 years that Munni Munni & Elizabeth Hill projects have been consolidated into a single coherent tenement, under 100% ownership, with no more legal disputes which dated back decades.

Lets see what sort of JV deal he can bring in this time.

In Oct 2022, SQM sent 2 geologists to Azure's Andover project. Hired a helicopter for the day looking at the pegmatite outcrops. Liked what they saw and invested $20M for 20% of the company.

Only started drilling since March 2023 and Market Cap now $1.6bn and only own 60% of the Andover project (Mark Creasy owns other 40% directly, plus he owns 12.8% of AZS shares).

Looking forward to finding out about the JV proposals on the table for Pinderi Hills :)
