Any percentage of IOCA we have to give up for the JV, we make back on significantly reduced larger player Operating Costs.

We then also significantly increasing the size of the pie very, very quickly by drilling.

Mallina has same geological units as Sirius, but never been drilled before.

Brockman has an est exploration target of 233Mt!

Vivash Gorge has POW (drill permit) in place ready for drilling.

Just need to look at the mega trend. China are adding 300 million people (size of USA population) to their middle class by 2030. Then add India which are adding 600 million people to their middle class by 2030.

The Anglo deal from 2022 was an offtake deal, not JV.

RNS last year stated UFO received offtake term sheets from other interested parties also.

Funding Facility RNS stated:

"We have recently received positive interest from potential Joint Venture partners following the results of the Development Study."

Then UFO Executive Chairman Guy Robertson confirmed we are going down the JV route:

Anglo deal was up to 3Mt of product over a 3 year period.

Now situation has changed with JV deal on table to "targeted to deliver a mining operation of 2 Mt per annum".

Incorporating the different companies lithium projects together via JV's by a large player makes a lot of sense.

It's like playing Monopoly. If you only have 1 road, you can only get a small amount of rent. Once you have all 3 of the same colour, you can start building houses & hotels.

Pinderi Hills is currently valued at zero in the Market Cap and that is about to change very soon.

Mining Leases now in place for Hanc0ck, Elizabeth Hill & Munni Munni with access to infrastructure in Tier1 Australia.

Just need mining JV for 1, but my bet is that all 3 Mining Leases will get mined in due course.

Interesting though that UFO's largest investor's father worked with Lang Hanc0ck throughout the Pilbara in the 1960s.
