China is poised to cut interest rates on more than $5 Trillion of outstanding mortgages as early as this month.

@Tangodog. UFO were going to go it alone but after they announced Development Study RNS:

"Iron Ore Development Study delivers excellent project economics - NPV10 of A$146m with additional exploration potential"

they attracted JV partner interest and stated in RNS after "received positive interest from potential joint venture partners following the results of the Development Study."

Then decided to go with one of the deals on the table.
