I remember Keith Neumeyer said in a previous interview he was paying $10/oz for silver in the ground back in 2016 when silver was a low lower.

So that makes EH worth well over $30M.

Big money will be made on the Munni Munni PGM & Gold JV. In situ value of $3bn with Mining Lease in place.

I remember Chalice Mining went to over $3bn market cap and they are siting on a State Conservation Park and historic Pilgrim Trail and no mining lease.
