People were expecting a placing and got caught off guard with EH deal and cash injection.

I remember people dumping their whole holdings expecting a placing.

When it gets to decision to mine, it will get funded. Eg Boab Metals got Offtake and $30M prepayment from Trafigura.

Platinum to me is looking more exciting than silver (which is saying a lot coming from a silver bug).

There is still a lot of silver about above ground, but platinum is getting very scarce and going into its 4th year of mining deficit. Soon it will be like trying to find toilet paper during covid. Going to $10,000/oz before the decade is out.

There is no doubt that what they have done is a very, very impressive deal. Obviously a lot of hard work has gone into it.

As Rob said in the interview yesterday, "30% of a mine as ERW progress this is tantamount to 100% in the sense that they are taking on full responsibility for the exploration, management and development up to decision to mine."

Plus bringing in Greentech's tenements (one of which has a known silver target) makes the project very, very compelling as a whole.

Also need to give us in the UK a break from placings!

@Unclejim. You need to calculate ERW's Mkt Cap taking account of new shares. They did have 95M shares in issue and now have 251M.

We keep 30.5M ERW shares.

Even if we sell the ERW shares we own, we keep 30% direct interest in the Silver JV.
