The shares of KMG shareholders (dispersed between 4 individuals) have already become effective.

The people pouring cold water and spreading rumours that the KMG shareholders are going to dump their shares (Wetlands, MyEvian & ColdWater) in order to panic investors to sell so they can buy their shares more cheaply, have been proven to be wrong.

KMG shareholders are sophisticated long-term investors.

As I have been saying, why would they dump shares now when they know the Donovan 2 deal is going to be completed in about 3 weeks. GLA

My red flags: silver price is going down, Twitter experts may be adamant about its recovery but I think nobody really knows for sure. In the case of a further decline, Alien will have a hard time finding partners or money to actually exploit the EH mine.
dont forget, Alien has no cash (1,8M is neglectible). Until proven otherwise, they can only raise cash further by diluting shares (and our money).
In light of the above, I think at least some of the KMG shareholders will want to derisk as well in the near future. Also I’m not sure if Capstone will want to continue with the JV if the markets continue to plunge.
But that’s just my opinion! Everyone should make up their own mind.

If EH really is a super rare world class silver cornucopia, how come KMG were only able to sell it to a tiny and obscure company like Alien, for a pittance? A big company with lots of cash in the vaults would seem a better option to me...Now KMG are exposing themselves to a lot more risks (dilution, silver price going down and EH going dormant again)...I can only assume (and hope) that Bill was able to give them some real short term guarantees that we don’t know about yet!

The SP can only go down if the long-term holders like me sell.
But we have had our opportunity to sell at 1p, 2p and 3p.
The reason we are not selling is because we are gold/silver bugs! We know where the price of silver is going. And silver is just about to make a break to the upside with the new stimulus on steroids that is about to be unleashed.

Also the stock was heavily shorted this week. These stocks were sold to new buyers at the peak.
Therefore, the new buyers are not inclined to sell now at a loss. They will hold out for news.

Also the warrants that were exercised were only 83M shares. And the holder of these shares is under no obligation to sell now (there were warrants exercised in GGP on the way up).

We calculated that we had 129M LRGS Off-Book Sale Trades in just 2 days (the total figure for this week is much higher).
People expected more warrants, but the warrants were already exercised earlier this year during the past rise.

As Friday afternoon demonstrated, the MMs have oversold and now run dry (I couldn't get a quote for over £8,000 all afternoon!). This has never happened during the last 3 months I have been watching this stock every day!

So where is the selling pressure now going to come from to drive the price further down?

Especially as we are due a delayed reaction re-rate from First Equity’s Buy Rating and also the Hamersley Assay Results due “late October 2020” as per RNS 9/10/20.

And why is that?

Because of the shorters that borrowed shares and dumped them on the market in huge numbers.

Here is just a sample of the separate off-book Delayed LRGS Sell orders on just one day!
£178,000, £145,000, £82,000, £68,000, £63,000, £60,000, £59,000 etc etc

The other traders thought they were Buy orders.

But after Summerfun's post on Thursday evening, I realised we just got attached by the Short Gang.

These are people like SaintPeter1 who say they “have a holding of more than 11 million shares” and then go on trying to justify a lower share price!

And watch out for people who are very active on other boards, but jump on UFO’s board for the first time like StarBright who says, “I’ve held a position here for a while” and “I added 20% to my holding late last week” and then goes on to say “But those who bought on price action last week should watch out below.”
StarBright also tends to jump on the thread every time someone mentions short positions or MMs.
Then says things like:
“Ignore the breathless rubbish posted here about L2, MM’s, shorts etc and pay little attention to charts.”
It reminds me of the phrase, “Pay No Attention To That Man Behind The Curtain!”

To me it’s very obvious that UFO was shorted at the spike by the Short Gang as demonstrated in this Twitter video I posted earlier:

And the MMs have also got trapped into being short in a fast moving market as demonstrated by the lack of availability of UFO shares all Friday afternoon (I couldn’t get quotes for over £8000 all afternoon!).

But it’s good to know that as Summerfun said, they shorts will need to cover, then UFO should be trading around 6p.
And as Behindthecurve said, “ If there are trolls here with multiple identities spreading lies, it only works temporarily. They move their caravan to the next scam. Hopefully nobody sold because of a few scumbags... Patience and you’ll win in the end.”

UFO have adopted a strategy which is unique. It is not a royalty company or a mining company but a combination of the two. I looked at today’s JV and thought they could do better. But on reflection how much would it cost to get a minimum 2% royalty, £20 to £30m. If they can keep doing this type deal, in 5 years time it could be very interesting. The CEO has adopted a unique business strategy that should be admired.

I agree with you that for long-term holders, the market should normally self correct in due course.

However, this is a crucial time for UFO's future.
As Bill said in his recent video, now that he has proven he can deliver and achieve results after the Capstone Mining JV, he is now being shown new projects.

The shorting trolls are artificially holding us down at this critical juncture, just before PM rally is about to explode (stimulus on steroids is coming).

A 1 degree shift now can have a massive affect in the long-term.
This is where the first mover advantage comes in.

I hope you managed to get some rest after this crazy week.

I've been reading this board for the past 3 months and this week the Trolls (with multiple accounts) working for the MM and the Shot Sellers are trying to take it over. It is very sad indeed.

It's obvious there is a huge short position on UFO which needs to be covered asap.

Their desperation and mind-games to encourage shareholders to sell (whether in a subtle or direct way) is getting very annoying.

Call them out when you can. Or report them as someone previously stated.

We all know where the SP is going as we enter the Silver bull market. GLA (except the short Trolls!)

Very few confirmed high-grade silver deposits available around the world, which makes UFO a real gem :)
