I personally am supportive of the board for taking the cash offered to fast-track activities.
It means the news flow will also be fast tracked and we will get RNS for drilling, sampling etc etc at a faster rate.
This will boost the SP quicker.

What I am against is the corruption in the financial mechanism of AIM.

That makes sense TKIA.

Also my view is that the MMs have been very short of stock as evidenced Thurs & Friday.
If there wasn't a placing, there would be one hell of a short squeeze and we would be trading significantly higher.

What I don't understand is how Casajaluma could be so adamant on Friday evening to say there is definitely going to be a placing on Monday morning.
I guess that is AIM for you.

My take on it is that:
1. MMs are not working in the interest of shareholders.
Our last placing was at 0.55p but the close price the day before was 0.90p!!
Everyone on the board were saying the same thing as today.

2. Raising £2.5M for a small company is a big achievement.

3. The last placing was announced on 4th Sept, and we then had an RNS on 9th Sept announcing our Exclusivity Agreement JV with Capstone Mining.
Therefore, I believe big news is coming.

I am new fairly new to AIM, so just going by what I have experienced.

Wolster, we actually don't need to raise any money for exploration and just hand over the projects to the larger players like we did with Donovan 2.

It all depends if you are a day trader or a long-term investor.

Just look at the fact that Iron Ore is $123 and only costs $15/tonne to dig out and we have a 51% share of between 74M - 245M tonnes of DSO Iron Ore.

Then do a rough calculation in your head at what we should be trading at. Simple.

UFO hasn't drilled anything since 2017 and we are just about to drill at x2 confirmed high-grade silver projects that are being marketed by IBK Capital.

If you understand mining shares, you will know that the SP will increase once we commence drilling.

This is the time to buy, not sell!

Lets stick to facts.

The de-rampers can't say anything bad about the company or it's 5 high-grade projects (x3 in current JV discussions, x2 being marketed by IBK Capital).

Then they try to run down the CEO with libellous allegations saying that he is dishonest and that he never warned of a placement.
Then I correct them with the following:

I'm looking at the big picture as a long-term investor.

If we can, "really drill out one of the Iron Ore projects or Elizabeth Hill or wherever it might be" then the placing for £2.5M is nothing if it gives us an extra percentage in the JV deals (currently in discussions).

Especially considering Elizabeth Hill has "Incredible high-grade silver" and Hamersley has very high-grade DSO between 74M - 245M tonnes!

Think long term ;)

Bear in mind that we are in JV discussions for our newly acquired licences (Hamersley, Elizabeth Hill & Greenland).

This is why Bill is so keen to fast-track activities (as he said in RNS at least twice).

No point signing an Exclusivity Agreement JV as we did with Donovan 2, now that we can get a better percentage on JVs by bringing the projects further up the value curve.

Bill with his 25 years of exploration knows how to ride the PM & Base Metals bull. This is great news! You will see next month.
