This article has got me very excited. Fenix Resources use road haulage since there aren’t any railway links near them.
They truck the DSO 490km by road to Geraldton Port.
Our projects are easy access to the railway and if for any reason we can’t use the railway we can also use road haulage.
Brockman to Dampier Port is 320km by road.
Han**** Ranges to Port Hedland is 443km by road

Fenix’s total costs including freight to China is $85/tonne.
Therefore, at $170/tonne they are making $85/tonne profit!

They have already reached their capacity of shipping 1.25M tonnes/year.

Analysts are expecting an average of at least $150/tonne prices for Iron Ore this year which means an average profit of $65/tonne.
This means they will make about $81M profit/year. This is incredible for a small company which only has a tiny resource of 10M tonnes.
There mine has a life of 6.5 years. Equals $500M in total profits.

IMO with both of our excellent Iron Ore projects we should have about 100M tonnes of DSO (not including the lower grade Iron Ore which might be around an extra 145M tonnes).
Therefore, using Fenix’s profits as a guide, we could potentially achieve $5B in profits via mining the DSO ourselves, and since we own 51% of Hamersley, $2.5B profit will go to us.

The construction period for Fenix to set up their mine was just 4 months.
They have a very simple operation. 1 excavator, 3 trucks. Crushing & screening using a mobile modular unit.

We will most likely go via the JV route once we prove up our resource, but just goes to show, we shouldn’t sell ourselves short when we could potentially generate $2.5B in profits on our own using contractors.

Due to disclosure rules, Bill can't give away much. I think Zak Mir is better at trying to extract information in interviews.
It's good that Bill confirmed that we will use a separate company to process the tailings rather than us setting up operations.
Hopefully a nice little money earner in Q3/Q4 on the tailings if all goes to plan.

At the end of today's interview, Bill said regarding Hanc ock & Brockman, "We have those excellent projects in the Iron Ore space." If they were poor results, he wouldn't have used the word "excellent".
But he can't really give anything away especially since the non-exec director just purchased £62,500 worth of shares @1.25p/share.

Also the first project he referred in the interview was the "silver projects in Mexico".
Hopefully this means the permits are coming soon and we can finally crack on with putting drill holes through them.

With regards to Munni Munni North he said, "Which is looking on a daily basis more interesting and exciting."
This sounds very promising for the Air Mag results due mid March.

They were planning to drill 4-5 targets. I think they must have drilled 5 targets now since taking longer.

Also I have a good feeling that it will be a great asset since they are Tweeting about it. When companies have poor results, they try to get investors to forget about the drilling programme!

Bill said at the last AGM, "Doesn’t want to cut corners. Proper drilling and metallurgy."
Hopefully shaping up to be a fantastic asset. I'm happy to wait for the job to be done properly.

Silver needs to start catching up and going towards the mean of the GSR.

@2020Upside Only the coins for CGT exemption since the £2 silver coins and thus legal tender making them CGT exempt.
Actually everyone has an CGT allowance per year of £12,300, so just need to keep below that.

@2020Upside. I have similar amount of bars as you. I might sell the bars first and then hold on to the coins since the Britannias are CGT exempt. The bars will start to get very expensive when silver hits it's previous ATH.

Silver is incredibly cheap. It's all about the Gold Silver Ratio.

My physical is mainly for the SHTF moment.
My UFO investment is to generate wealth as silver hits its previous ATH and then goes triple digits. UFO will go bonkers since it's the best junior silver play on LSE.

Very exciting EWT. Pilbara DSO Iron Ore is incredibly special. Currently sells for $168/tonne and the production cost of the large players is $15/tonne, which equals phenomenal profits. Hence why last month BHP became the most valuable company in the FTSE 100.

As we get closer to the RNS results people will start to place their positions on how much of the estimated target we achieve.
Turner Pope have based our downside valuation at Hanc ock Ranges at 5M tonnes and stated as Alien advances each project, we would re-value us.
My money is that there is more than 5M tonnes there. Lets see.

Hi Nap. ShareTalk normally give a heads up about an interview, so I don't think Bill will do one today. Bill sounded very busy on last interview!

Today's RNS gives confidence to shareholders that we are going in the right direction and Bill will maximise our projects to their full potential whilst minimising dilution for shareholders.
We will be doing a trenching program of 1.25km south of the mine to test for new or repeat silver orebodies (I have a good feeling about this since it's going south along the Munni Munni fault and 1.25km is a large area, so IMO very good chance of new discovery).
4,000m of drilling to test for the resource area of the mine (again gives a very good chance of increasing our proven resource since the mine area is so underexplored).
Bill said in webinar, "Significant potential of secondary or third mineralised systems along strike from the discovered ore body."
Company presentation states, "Surface resource and depth extension of high-grade mineralization below 100 metres untested."
As RNS 14/12/20 stated, "Elizabeth Hill hold enormous potential for the company."

There will be a massive amount of news to come out of Elizabeth Hill and Munni Munni North.
