Then reduce the aggressive discount factor of 60% and account for the increase in Iron Ore price since last valuation.

I am actually relieved the deal didn't go ahead at the moment. Acquiring the tailings will require a fund raise of well over £1M.
Not worth doing it at the current SP.
Good call on BOD to focus on key project developments.

I'm in favour of spending our cash on in the bank on drilling rather than acquiring the tailings (at the moment), since it will require a fund raise.
Our funds only cover us for drilling/exploration this year, not acquiring the tailings.
Best to wait for higher SP, then acquire the tailings.

In a stagflation scenario all commodity prices will go up. Silver being a tight volatile market has the potential to go up significantly, especially looking at the Gold Silver Ratio.
But if you are unsure, that's the great thing with UFO. As today's article stated:

@HH the situation will be much worse than the 60s. Back then, the US was an unrivalled power. They have just printed 40% of all dollars over the last year and plan to continue to print trillions more. What will happen when the dollar is no longer the reserve currency? = Game over.

It took 3 days to almost double on the last silver squeeze move.

Last October it took 4 days to more than triple!

Once the herd realise transitory inflation actually means stagflation, silver shoot up, and UFO will go up much more.

On the morning of the 1st Feb, it was the Aussie juniors that started to go nuts first, then London, then North America.

Why do the silver juniors go nuts on large silver moves? Because silver is a tiny market and people want to get positioned for maximum leverage.

What if silver actually breaks $30 this time and heads towards it's ATH of $50?!
