Hi Defvision, Through my personal experience I called up my account (which is operated by Halifax) and asked to do a Bed & ISA.
If the spread is too high to do themselves, they will put the order to their brokers (with notes to say it's a Bed & ISA).
Then it will get filled by end of day. Since there is no risk for them doing the transaction (buy off you and sell straight back) they will keep spread to an absolute minimum. The spread for me turned out to be almost nothing (going via their brokers).
So definitely worth doing.

So just need to call up Interactive Investor.

I'm looking forward to the new ISA allowance on Wednesday.

@Chris2, that is why you reduce your risk by investing in Tier 1 jurisdictions, then in projects that have real potential (not just greenfield sites) and make sure you have enough working capital to bring the projects up the value curve to then attract a JV partner (we have over £4M cash in the bank). UFO has the least chance of failing. Bye bye.
