Why would Bill buy more shares now when he has about 50M in share options already locked in with an average exercise price of 0.45p?
The best thing for him to do now is to pay off his mortgage and then next September remortgage his house to raise £200k and exercise the options just before they expire and as Hanc0ck is well into production.

He is doing the right thing and they are highly incentives with the share options to develop the projects.

Yes I think rising costs will just be off-set by rising commodity prices.

We are about to enter a commodities supercycle.

Majors have aging pits with lower grades and don't have production capacity to meet demand.
The large deposits are in places with minimal infrastructure & political instability.

That's why IMO a junior like Alien Metals which can quickly leverage on existing infrastructure in Tier1 with all their projects and cash in will multi-bag the most.

Mining Plus's 19/10/21 Scoping Study stated Operating Costs of below $60/t FOB. How much below I don't know.
But that cost is for mining the whole 10.4Mt inferred JORC Resource - including the Sirius deposit which will require drilling & blasting down (same as Fenix). Drilling & Blasting is most expensive part of mining so if we focus on the ridges and just use the surface miner, then the Operating Costs shouldn't be higher than $60/t.
But even if we make say $10/t profit, that is a massive income for us.

It’s very interesting to hear Cela24 & Chris2 who have both said they have sold all their UFO shares now come on to the BB on a Saturday morning panicking after watching the presentation! Must have been a great presentation! LOL

Hanc0ck is a lot more advanced than I thought.
On the Mine Development Plan you can see where Lloyd Edmonds and Mining Plus have set everything out. Even the area for the DSO Stockpile (in dark green) which will be picked up by the haulage company and taken to the bunker at Utah Point.

At current rates we will be making around $100M/year profit!

And as smiller said using the contractor model means an exceptionally low capex. I know Glencore paid for Fe Ltd’s capex and freight (sales were on FOB basis).

Yeah, the extra pods (Elizabeth Hills) are something they believe is there, but that will come from next round of drilling.

Also it's good that he said he has 2 drill rigs booked to start for when he goes out after Easter. RC & Diamond.

At the end of the presentation Bill said:

So after cyclone season next year (Australia’s winter which is optimal time).

2nd or 3rd high grade silver pods basically means a 2nd or 3rd Elizabeth Hills.

He also mentioned it in a presentation in February:
“We did RC holes around the ore body, but we also did a couple holes a few hundred meters to the north looking at testing this more larger zone that we believe exists around the high-grade silver pods in the middle and some holes to the south and some holes at the beginning of the J-Reef.”

IMO the silver pods will be cherry on the top with a huge resource of nickel & copper. With also an in situ value of over US$5bn PGMs (which is open at depth and along strike).

During silversqeeze last year, UFO went from this level to 1.60p within 3 trading days on the attempt to break $30.

FYI, the trades at £20,000 were Bed & ISAs.
They go through as a sell at the full bid price of 0.75p and then get bought back at slightly higher price (but looks like sell since below the mid of the bid-ask spread).
