Yes Upside, I'm seriously impressed by the work at Hanc0ck and IOCA. They have some very smart people onboard.

We were supposed to start drilling Munni Munni 3-4 weeks ago, so I think Bill is prioritising advancing Hanc0ck and start harvesting the ridges asap. They must have had the nod from off-take partner.

WHI View: This is further positive news for Alien as it aggressively advances Han**** which
could be in production in 2023. With a mine operated by contract miners, the proposed
Han**** operation, would leave the Alien team free to advance its other projects. Alien is in
advanced discussions with third parties (offtake partners and contractors) to move the
project along quickly. Our financial modelling suggests that Han**** would generate
significant free cashflow that could help fund exploration across the Alien portfolio.

MinRes for their Ashburton project have Operating Costs of just A$30-35/t (US$21-25/t).

Regarding Mineral Resources, if they don't just buy us out or JV with us, then their MD Chris Ellison said in previous presentation regarding Onslow:
“We are happy to put 3rd party ore over our infrastructure and we do that since we are a mining services group at heart."
They provide full pit to port solutions.

They plan to use trans shipper barges to take the ore to cape size carriers 22 nautical miles off-shore. This process is actually cheaper than using Port Hedland. Plus it's a totally dust free enclosed process.

Increasing the production rate will drive down operating costs, especially since Brockman & Vivash Gorge are closer to port.

Yes that's what they are really pushing for. But if a placing is needed to keep the company ticking over before income generation, then we are not talking about a large amount, just enough to tide us over. So very exciting!

Yes norm. It's possible since on 18th Feb Bill said, "We've got funds in the bank for 18months" = August 2023
