The directors that were brought in are incentivised by share options.
Bill actually has 55M Share Options. He really doesn't need any more shares! They have all seen the SP go above 3p and have never flipped them.

However, people need to do a little more research and look at the Capital Structure and find out who the main backer of UFO is (Bennelong/Richard Shemesian).
They will then find that even when the SP went above 3p, he never sold and significantly increased his UFO holding early this year.
He made a fortune when he created Aztec Resources.

Remember what he posted:

To monetise Munni Munni, it only takes a JV agreement with someone like Lonmin (acquired by Sibanye-Stillwater in 2019) which held some of Munni Munni before and only withdrew in 2003 since palladium tumbled from $600/oz to $250/oz.

Now the whole region has been consolidated to facilitate JV.

To replace Russia & S. Africa (which is experiencing strikes and nationalisation attempts by trade unions) Munni Munni needs to go to production ASAP.

India is set to become most populous nation by 2023 & will be powered by Green Hydrogen.

Not sure when the JORC Resource will be updated. In the last presentation Bill mentioned they are also currently updating the Scoping Study which is giving Operating Costs in line with the previous Scoping Study.

It will be interesting to see how big the Resource will get at Hanc0ck.
