The mining can always be contracted out anyway as part of the Operating Costs. Mineral Resources do a lot of the big contract mining in WA and even mine for Rio Tinto.

I read the chat board of the very few comments about Rod. Their SP is down with the market (after his meteoric rise) and people not happy.

Munni Munni is in the Pilbara. It should already have gone into production ages ago.

Rod has been brought in as Executive Chairman to negotiate a deal with KoBold (the company backed by billionaires Gates, Bezos, and Michael Bloomberg).
Rod was Executive Chairman of Bluejay when he negotiated the JV with KoBold, which was actually a fantastic deal by industry standards which gave Bluejay the ability to keep 49% ownership all they way through to production.

Munni Munni was never going to get unlocked before the consolidation of the area where the PGE strike snakes in and out of UFO Munni Munni North and the PGM & Gold project in the South owned by 30% Platina, 70% Artemis with long running legal disputes dating back decades and EEE trying to buy 40% of Artemis's stake and was taken to High Court.
All that has now been resolved.
KoBold can now come in and take a controlling 51% stake and we sit back. Simples.

Munni Munni is going to get unlocked for shareholders and I expect minimum 5 bagger with the JV deal this year (not including advancing Hanc0ck).

Also I remember an old East Coast Minerals RNS (previous EH holders) state there is cobalt in high grades.
Bill said there is a massive volume of battery minerals at Munni Munni. It wasn't economic before. But now is economic.
Remember, Bill said in the IG interview the battery metals will be worth much more than the US$5bn of PGMs and silver (PGM's & silver will be icing on cake). Just have to look at the Merged Magnetic Survey of Karratha on p.21:

Today's RNS stated we now focus on getting Hanc0ck into production.

However, now Russia needs to be replaced ASAP and Australia will be the Western World's safe source of critical PGMs. Not Russia or S. Africa.

They've got Bill to focus on operational matters to get Hanc0ck into production. Bill is the man for this.

I've never been interested in Greenland due to the lack of infrastructure and snow etc.
Munni Munni you can drive wide load vehicles straight up to it. You have grid power and the mining lease and it's in the Pilbara!

If you listen to Bill's very first presentation for UFO when he was the Technical Director (before he was promoted to CEO), he said, "I’m the technical guy. I prefer being in a pair of shorts having a hammer and knocking holes in the ground."

Bill has done a really fantastic job so far, but UFO is now about to go to production in Q1!

Bill moved to more Geologist role.
People on this BB that complained about not having a more corporate CEO should be happy now.

Tier1 PGM deposits are very rare. Munni Munni's US$5bn PGM Resource will be JV'd and fast tracked into production since it has infrastructure, grid power & mining lease, ready for rapid development.
