Chris Ellison of MinRes at the Financial Year Presentation this week state:
“I don’t think we are going to see Iron Ore getting back around the $80/t level. There are a lot of challenges around the supply side at the moment so there is not as much Iron Ore running around the market as everyone perceives.”

Our FOB cost is $65/t (with current price increases). Add freight from Port Hedland for CFR Iron Ore price +$7.85/t:

Add extra 25% on freight for arguments sake = $10/t freight.

Total cost CFR = $65 + $10
= $75/t.
Therefore, at over $80/t Iron Ore, we will be making more money than silver miners.

Then account for cost reductions. Bill said they will look into using fuel additive which reduces fuel cost by 10% as Sulnox's CEO stated.

Plus MinRes Ellison said Kenworth to use Hydrogen injection that bolts on the side of the engine which adds water and gives 30% fuel savings!

Iron Ore is up 4% in Asian trade.
However, current low Iron Ore prices benefit UFO since we can take more port allocation off higher cost juniors when huge (Trillions!) infrastructure ground breaking starts takes place early 2023 as we go into production whilst capacity is constrained as per FMG CEO.

Interestingly I noticed the "Sourcing and Origination Manager, Iron Ore at Anglo American" liking UFO's Twitter announcement that, "through the IOCA, it has signed an agreement with Anglo American for the exclusive right to negotiate up to US$15m project funding and 100% offtake at the Han**** #IronOre Project."

These guys are definitely on board.

Yes as with any deal, there is a DD period. However, the IOCA team in Perth must feel all permitting, Base Case Financial Model together with supporting documents are on track and progressing well.
