260M shares will be a 4.9% holding once the deal completes, so we will definitely see a new TR1.

Actually thinking about it, IMO it's just the 90% deal that is about to complete. Windfield will get 260M more shares (similar to the amount that went through today at 0.35p) when deal completes. Windfield has found an Insto buyer for those shares, and will keep existing shares. Hence SP was unaffected.

Whatever they are, they are all priced in. They never affected today's SP (if you got quotes during the times they went through). It's just the people that panic sold that affected the SP today.

@dickie3times, that is for a delayed trade that just showed up. 97M shares @0.35p at 11:37am this morning.

Therefore, for those that believe they 0.35p shares are all sells, then that would be 267M shares. So it couldn't be Artemis (they only have 179M shares available, the remaining 179M shares are with a 12month lock in).

Some transfer of shares going on IMO, maybe with an Insto coming onboard.

@Dean, yes if it was Artemis, that means they can't sell the remaining balance of 50% shares since those are subject to a 12 month lock in.
Also if it was Artemis, then we would have get an RNS within the next couple days to confirm, since they would drop below the 6% threshold.
