Need to look at Market Cap, not shares in issue since that is what share consolidations are for, ie for every 10 shares, you get 1 share worth 4.85p each (but you holding is worth exactly same amount).

No one can be bothered, since becoming a producer and achieving the performance milestones means your holding will by worth multiples more anyway.

whi view: the fast tracking of the mallina acquisition is very positive news for

alien as it i) shortens project development timelines, ii) provides for the most

direct access to the great northern highway and international markets via port

headland, and iii) by doubling the total landholding increases the potential to add

additional resources.

The Company has renegotiated it's deal with Mallina to fast track the acquisition of the strategic Western Han**** tenement.
The renegotiation removes the requirement for exploratory drilling.
