BTW, the more involved Native Title process & Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (now fully repealed) and hence delays were all due to Rio Tino blowing up the 46,000 year old Aboriginal cave in May 2020. Rio Tinto hated by the Aboriginals. Karma.

The Native Title process is a massive barrier to entry for newcomers. This barrier will now benefit us since it means Rio Tinto can't start their mines that they are planning over the next few years!

All I can say is that Elizabeth Henson & family won't be selling their shares any time soon.

Also have to bear in mind that Rio Tinto need to start a new Iron Ore mine every year til 2030 to keep up with demand and depletion. However, they can no way achieve that since they are getting significant delays due to the more involved heritage process (as we saw with UFO) and UFO will be getting approval end of the month.

@steveknowsnothin was warning what would happen when get past 0.26p, and it just happened. Sellers dried up. And why would you sell knowing that the Traditional Owners are giving the green light to turn Hanc0ck into a mine?

Then onwards to mining Hanc0ck now that the Traditional Owners have finally given the green light.

I like the fact that Liz has managed to persuade a "related family" member to also buy shares. No one tells their family to invest in a company that they don't believe in.

IMO SP should have already doubled on info about KNAC giving green light to turn Hanc0ck to a mine. Thankfully we are hearing about it in online chat before it's RNSd to the market in a couple weeks. Then Mining Licence comes soon after :)

Reuters reported today that iron ore prices are rising to an eight-month high as China, the biggest buyer of steel grows in positive sentiment and supportive fundamentals.

The article highlights that considering steel output for the first nine months of the year was 795.07 million metric tons, if it maintains its current production rate of 88.34 million metric tons a month, it will exceed the 2022 production levels of 1.01 billion metric tons.

The authorities are happy for production levels to run at its current rate as it will help to meet the economic growth targets for this year.

Hi Allwinners. Iron Ore futures on DCE just closed @US$132.36/t.

More importantly for UFO, ¥1Trillion infrastructure stimulus will start filtering through next year whilst inventory Supply will be the lowest since 2016!

Bodes very well for UFO which has Total Operating Costs of just $60/t FOB.
