IMO i think we're going to see a bumpy ride. Pump and dumps all the usual shennanigans.

Might be worth day trading until things settle, see if i can make a few quid, until we get positive and clear RNS updates, the SP should steady then and climb naturally.

Buyers 3:1 now but bid range is 0.75 - 0.85p.

My stop loss was executed earlier today...... set when i first invested to cover my exposure, was in at 0.85p, but have a good oportunity to jump in lower pick up more volume and pick a lower jump point.

Hopefully wont have to wait as long.

They will have tie in's and sell restrictions attached to their holdings for sure, but to still take shares over cash...... when cash is king!!

mcfirth i'm not trying to suggest ggg is right or wrong. what he does with his shares is ggg's business same for you my friend. if he posts his activities on here then i guess he's open for questions on his actions or reasonings. (apologies for using he/his if not appropriate).

however if you read ggg's post there's alot of information in there..... is it factual?? thats for me/us to determine by dyor and i certainly hope everyone on here does the same. if someone wants to challenge this information then use facts not emotion or sentiment is all i'm saying. the real fact though is we dont know. ggg uses the word "bet" and that correct this

i persnonally can't see neo issuing 4billion shares, that's dilution which repeatedly been stated by jason & *****on on various media platforms that can be recalled and played in front of them at any time......, theres no dilution. they would loose face and favor in their respective secctors and any futher deals/aqistions if they did this.

also brokers are holding their 23p stance and buy recomendation despite the latest rns. just to be clear i'm not waiting for 23p, however ggg's comments has pushed me to dig a little deeper than i have previously into this dilution issue.

this needs further research for me thats all i'm saying.

I have nothing against your comments GGG, I, (like others i hope), use these chats not to argue and point out who has the best argument, but to pick out solid factual comments that have merit and i can DMOR from there, to increase my understanding of a share.

However, stock investing, especially in penny shares like this, is always volatile and common sense must prevail to ensure you come out in the blue. There is far to much sentiment and emotion on these chats, but hilarious too sometimes.

The point with NEO, and i think we agree, is they have a solid platform to grow from here. Fact is deals have been agreed with shares, which means all parties involved will see an upside, they wouldn't of agreed otherwise.

If your not in for the long haul then pick your point and sell. You should be able to make money off the back of NEO regardless at these prices or anything purchased under 2p IMO.

GGG so what you're saying is the SP will only go down and not move unitl they pull Uranium and gold out of the ground, which in fact, wont really make any difference to the SP, as they will have issued that many shares to fund everything it will simply balance out to nothing?

So why have all the deals been accepted via shares if they're going to be worthless or the same value they received them? Becasue none of the parties taking shares are clever enough to work it out that they've basically been issued worthless shares?????? I very much doubt that.

I'm not a day trader, ramper de ramper, or whatever you call them, neither am i a 23p chaser, just someone who's done his own research and can see from the actions NEO have taken so far the upside for NEO is massive. I have a jump out point set with the shares i have and i dont see anything yet stopping NEO getting to that point.

As a director I've taken shares over cash before. The reason? After legal and financial counsel it was, in simples terms we both understand.............a no brainer. I would not entertain it otherwise... Cash is King!

If your comments are towards those who think everyday is a blue day then i understand your frustration, however, the actual FACTS regarding NEO are extremely positive and IMO not actions of individuals who have no clue what they are doing.

Like i said earlier buyers want the stock but cheap as chips as they know this will explode.

GGG you are correct re the 450million shares, however, 250million are deffered shares once they "procduce" 5mlb of compliant urainum from the site. My view is that cancells itself out as they will be issued at an agreed SP once they have valuable resources to sell. Eagle certainly wont be out of pocket, but this deal leaves NEO more profitable.

The SP is definaltey being manipulated not reflecting poor deals and out of control share issuing.

neo has 1.4billion shares in issue.

a maximum of 250million shares will be awarded for this aquisition. jason said that a number of deals as awell has payments have been agreed in shares as this was more "desirable" for those participants including suppliers.

he was then asked if that meant a further shares issues, to which both jason and *****on stated there was no dilution in play here.

whoever, including jason himself and all those paid in shares, will be royally pee'd off, to find the shares the've been issued are now worth half their value because they've diluted the sp!!!

"if" it was to happen, and thats a big if, then there must be a massive upside for anyone to take a load of shares rather than hard cash, that will intially tank the current sp value.

Buyers are queuing up nearly double the sellers so demand is there but…..

As usual they don’t want to pay above 1p in most cases. Looks like we still have share dealing with partners and such going through as discussed previously on here.

Until that’s all sorted we’re going to bump around 1p is my guess.

Senior Directors investing their own money or taking share options rather than cash in the bank has merit regardless of whats said, or, what "act" may be interpreted over social media.

They're putting "their" money where "their" mouth is. I've done this myself and it always sends a clear statement to the market.

In NEO's case certain partners and suppliers have taken shares rather than cash payment..... why would they do that if there's no upside for them.... becasue Jason is a master blagger not onlky hasd he hoodwinked them he's hoodwinked himself???

If some on here are convinced Jason is a ramper or blagger and have never met him face to face, then do you not think senior industry proffesionals would not spot this when dealing directly with him??

Agree no rampers or trolls on here, there's simply no need. As i've said many times NEO's a news share, until it has reportable results. So either sell and go elswhere or hold/increase and pick your jump point.
