yes i agree in part its sort of a punt i guess..... but, taking away the recent communication fopar's, they have done their due diligence. urainium is the main prize, gold is a byproduct and due to levels of gold involved it was quickly seen as funding incentive in it's own right.
this is where *****on comes in who's backed neo only after a 1hr meeting looking at all the data. he stated back in march that funding packages were being explored, but because infacstructure was already in play and could be utilised quickly, funding would be easier to secure. add the gold potential within the region they now had something extra to bargain with.
couple that with the current share price being so low, and can only move up from here, they could also offer share incentives instead of cash keeping the funding requirment in check, but with no dilusion in the market.
they've also done "extensive" testing, (jason & *****on's words), to offer a clearer picture to funding parties of what value is in the ground.
