Should see the gap at 32-33 filled. My next buy is set at this level. Managed to grab a few at 34 yesterday, but cashed out of them when it spiked to 39. Still have my core holding that I am adding to.

Lets stick to the facts, as some appear to be hell bent on providing their personal views. So what is know to the market/ investors:

Avion and ImmuPharma were set to meet with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the first quarter, to discuss guidance on a new optimised international phase 3 trial protocol.

Positive discussions were also said to be ongoing with a number of potential commercial partners of Lupuzor outside of the United States.

This news is imminent and in my view an update will be provided before the AGM, which is to take place next Thursday.

Westh1 - agree that it did well with the finish, but I think that was more to do with the MMs. With JPM unloading again then I can just see some near term pain for holders. I'm pretty nailed on when it comes to this particular share. GLA

News that will have a material impact on the SP.
With a very low number of shares on issue, when this starts moving then the offer moves sharply. Hence the need to drip feed buys. Just try buying in any volume and you will understand what I mean.

With JPM reducing their holding again the SP will be worked lower. It's just the way it will go.

It will probably look to complete a gap fill around 32/33 at some point this week

If you have a read you will understand why I am positive from these levels with news about to land anytime soon. I still believe this will be before 18/6

It will look to fill that 33p at some point I think - its moved some crazy swings today

I think we will see this gap hit again later today - seems all over the place at the minute. I have set a buy at 34p - intraday it may hit.

Its started to move, only very small buys being put through - don't seem to be able to buy in any volume. Like I said in my previous post £50m minimum in terms of market cap which is circa 30p

I agree a market cap of anything less than £50m seems a bargain, which is what I am a buyer at these levels.

News imminent......not long before this starts moving upwards. I think we will be a lot higher come Friday, pre-agm, unless IMM update the market on their meeting with Avion and FDA this week and commercial interest outside of the US.
Stake building the key here.

Looks like they want it down again - this is becoming a traders dream.
Will buy more myself at 33 I think just in case

Looks like they have taken a few out expect this to bounce back up around 38-39

Laidback.....it does look like it may well have a crack at 38-39. 40p would be great - EIA will show a draw tomorrow - lets see what happens.
