Agreement with ImmuPharma to Develop and Commercialize Lupuzor

Key Points:

Immuphrama to receive $70M milestones including $5M as regulatory & $65M as commercialization milestones and up to 17% royalties on pre-specified annual US sales targets.

ImmuPharma retains all rights to commercialize Lupuzor outside the US and receives an additional $5M on approval of Lupuzor for each additional indication (Ex- Lupus)

Avion to get an exclusive right to co-develop Lupuzor and the molecule forigerimod- exclusive right to commercialize Lupuzor in the US. Avion will fund up to $25M in P-III study of Lupuzor with its anticipated onset in 2020- following the agreement of the trial design between Avion- ImmuPharma and the FDA

Additionally- the companies signed a trademark license agreement under which Avion has the right to use relevant trademarks for the development- manufacture and commercialization of products

So now looking at what has happened and the cusp of a pivotal move forward with the FDA and looking at the backdrop of the weakness of the pound, I have a sneaky feeling that Avion will table an offer for Immupharma. It may be cheaper for them all round and provide control of worldwide commercialisation of Lupuzor

Price is about to pop higher - gap filled 3.16/3.17p

Breaching 4p it looks like - offer is 3.99p

I think many doing the same and as we are on the high risers board we maybe seeing some fresh money. Just a week ago we were over 7p……

@Lambo you are stating it like fact - what if Avion table a bid for Lupuzor or ask for worldwide rights not just stateside……the money will be found. This is big pharma - the end result is a billion dollar market to treat Lupus. They signed up to invest up to 25m - What’s our market cap now?
