I was watching the history of McDonalds, a film on Netflix a couple of weeks ago...When Michael Keaton who plays a milkshake salesman eventually ends up buying the company off the two small town McDonalds brother........At the end of the film, one of the brother asks Keaton, why ? why did you pay us £1m each, when, you could have simply started another company making beef burgers....Keaton, laughs & answer's, you really don't know, do you ? Its all about the name...'McDonalds' it sums up American & the fast food sector, its unique & of course, history would dictate that he was right..........Now I believe that 'Amigo' the name, the brand, even the blue plasticine man is also unique, it sums up the UK & the loans sector, people can relate & know us instantly, more importantly they trust us.....with new products, FCA approval, TV adverts, marketing campaigns & our fantastic Bod, our brand is priceless & the potential is massive....
