Pre-consolidation the most they could have dropped the price was 7p (as it obviously couldn't go past zero) yet post consolidation the price has dropped £'s!

Ever been subjected to a Share Consolidation?

I have, and I've now seen 52% (in real money not paper profit!!) wiped off of my investment in less than 12 months!!

Be careful what you wish for!!

I am starting to worry however that we're going to get short-changed on GGP with a TO before we get see those previous ATH sp's of Dec 2019 but still sitting on a 6 figure profit despite having seen £550k in paper profit evaporate!! :-(

The potential for Consolidation is also a concern having seen the effect on the sp here despite the reasoning for it we were given.

However, I do think that SAR is likely to come good sooner than GGP, so my future hopes for financial security are with SAR. Fingers crossed.

Abstrade - Been in GGP since July 2014 and held tight after Newmont walked (what a horrible day that was!?!) even averaged down with borrowed money (not advised!!!).

Made good returns (6 bagger) but was sitting on a 20 bagger at the ATH sp.

Good level to buy back in at, and if we get a BO here in the meantime (hopefully), all my profits (if there are any) will be going back into GGP!

(First bought into SAR after another GGP holder mentioned them).

Lazarus2/PCS1954 - Thanks guys, but I cannot really complain much as my initial £66.5k odd investment in SAR was derived 100% from my Greatland Gold profits (and having an average of 1.1p over there I am still in profit by some £127k odd despite having seen nearly £550k in paper profits wiped off of that holding since December 2019's ATH of 36p!! Hindsight is a wonderful thing is it not!?)
