Which at 1% is almost as much as our total MCap...just the increase...

So 1% of Cascabel's gold, copper and silver is now:

Copper $132,6bn + Gold $73.6bn + Silver $2.7bn = $209bn x 1% = $2.1bn / 1.26 = £1.66bn = 55p/share

Now if it IS the prospective 'offtaker' which has provided the Loan Facility, that would be incredibly bullish...and indeed there may not even be a Facility Fee...

Brad...its not a LOAN...its a loan FACILITY...which means we don't have to draw or pay for a cent if we dont need the cash (except for the facility fee...)

Its just to tide us over and take away any market fears about running out of cash until either...

The offtake agreement(s) are finalised or...

The first takeover bid arrives...

If the former happens, IMO the price will spike to a level at which the Board could decide to sell some or all of the CGP shares, because...

I don't think the offtake agreement will be drawn down because it will immediately put an imputed value on Cacabel which is WAY ABOVE the current MCap and should trigger would be bidders into action to avoid the offtake(s) happening...

Could be relief buying or commitment buying (some chunky buys) but 49 of the first 87 trades are PIs...ATs relatively quiet with an average trade under 10k for the last hour...

Today MSCI will announce the June promotions and deletions (remember SOLG was deleted in February, resulting in 35 million shares having to be sold by MSCI Tracker Funds...and you saw the price effect, falling from 7.61 to sub 6p before bouncing back when the selling stopped)

Now it is pretty clear that those 35 million shares went into 'safe hands' so...

If SOLG is back in the MSCI Index, those same Tracker Funds will have to buy back 35 million shares in a relatively illiquid market (based on the recent daily average it would take TEN trading days...)

That could see SOLG samartly back into double figures...

If we don't get promoted we shall just have wait for the steady rerate until PERMITS news, the announcement of major funding, or the first takeover bid lights a fire under the SP...

It's a loan facility which they can draw down at their own pace...if needed...

Could simply be a Canadian bank...

BBG the 'core'cash burn to 31 December was $600k a month so this 'facility's which we may not need to draw depending on what interested parties do next, will take us to Decenber at least...
