As low-grade orebodies can only be mined profitably if they are big and mined with a low-cost mining system at high tonnages, Suorineni considers block caving’s efficiency as a major driver of interest.

If Management operate 'ultra vires' their powers or mandate and/or fail to disclose material information in a timeous manner, they can be held to account by shareholders or regulators.

The ultimate 'control' is by the shareholders through the medium of a General Meeting...

Meanwhile, UT at 42.05 values SOLG at £872 million...

11 SOLG shares now worth $7.92...CGP down to $5.98....

Looks like the bid fails....when will the CGP PIs wake up and smell the coffee...they've been let down by their Board's stubbornness....

II is showing trades up to 15.44 and I'm still firmly bid for 400,000 but only offered 30,000
