On 19 June in a RNS the Company said:

"The Company will commence immediately a global executive search program to identify and engage with candidates that have experience in base and precious metals exploration and the construction of large copper-gold porphyry mines in South America, development financing and executive corporate management."

On August 16 I was told by my best company contact that it was "2-6 weeks to tie up loose ends" for the top candidate...

Have a look at the companies that trade on the ASX that Mather controls. Everyone of them has dropped dramatically in value. Some are down 95% since listing. All are well over the 50% down. If you have access to Hotcopper, an Australian discussion board, most of the posters are highly critical of NM's and his group of highway..n as to how they have managed each and every company. Mathers' mates do very well with their inside knowledge and pre-warnngs on capital raisings (after they have sold at higher levels before the vastly reduced CR's share values are announced). I can assure you that most of the private investors of DGR and the other daughter companies would love to get rid of Mathers. He has destroyed lots of share holders investments/wealth while accumulating a fortune for himself and his select group of friends.

But before I leave, can I ask the clever chartists if that was a 'bullish engulfing' pattern today...?

I'm retired and trading/investing the stock market is my day job...

Also as you know I've had substantial contact with the company through six different people so far...

And NO...none of it is material information...

However, I do research every day and piece things together from all my sources, including private engagement with some decent guys on here and ADVFN.

As I understand it, the financing plan has always been for a mix, with mainly alternative sources (royalty/streaming)and debt financing, in order to create the maximum benefit for ALL equity holders.

But surely that needs BHP, NCM, Blackrock, CGP support...

DRD Gold (NYSE) has a MCap of 800m USD and it turned over 100k shares yesterday at $13.63 = $1.363m

Newgold Inc Mcap 970mUSD T/o $900k; TSX T/O $3.4m, etc....

That makes sense Lunch...

OTCQX is an 'over the counter' market so they'll have even less exposure than Solgold, which has a full TSX listing and where has that got us...?

What we really need is a Nasdaq listing...like EQX...
