Darryl has absorbed a great deal in a short time and is very credible.

He took most of the questions with conviction and was even able to play in his previous project direction experience.

You know I'm a big fan of Ingo and cant understand why he isnt the permanent CFO... maybe theres no need if they are expecting a bid...

And I think Keith's experience with Iyu Tolguyei (where he made very specific reference to their very expensive mistake and having to shift from a production shaft to a lateral shafted block cave) has not only triggered a rethink but is pivotal to ths reduced Capex, the higher NPV and especially the earlier payback..

It must have taken balls to stand up to Nick and say "stop right now...we need to completely rethink this..."

Yes this has caused a delay but the result is a highly credible blockbuster PFS led by three highly competent individuals who deserve more options right now!

Lunch...he said the normal cash burn would be $40m in a half year, but dropped in that licensing costs would increase that this half

He then made clear that they already had short term funding offers. If that is so I would expect these to be no less than the current SP

Finally as I said below he already has significant potential streaming funding on offer if ut is needed and optimal as part of the project finance package.

Ingo has been working on the project finance for almost 2 years. I can assure you that, subject to a stronger North American listing he is very confident.

The outline Project Finance proposals do not need to wait for the DFS although the final signed off package will immediately follow the DFS.

If Ingo can give us real substance soon I believe that alone could stimulate bid interest.

Remember BHPand NCM were very clear on wanting more equity component. They hated the Franco Nevada deal (which is probably why the $50m didn't proceed) and NCM withdrew their Director as a result.

A $1 billion or more streaming element would really put the cat among the pigeons. There is no doubt that all the Boliden publicity is designed to show how refundable this project is, hence Ingo majoring on how clean and recoverable the ore is with a strong gold content

Ingo will update on project finance in the next few weeks...

He was very clear

1 That this is definitely refundable

2 At the moment streaming would be a significant element (that'll stick a spike up BHP and NCM...they hate it...)

3 They have a number of different elements available and will look at the optimum package for the company

The change in the block cave design is the game changer for me...Keith flagged a year ago that the first shaft would gi in at an angle part way down, designed to access the best ire immediately and that is what the PFSis based in with the first few years at an average 0.75% cu and very clean with a 83% recovery rate...

Currently bid 36.15 for 50k...this will build...MMs will try to take it down from time to time to shake out stock but all common sense says the PFS puts a new floor under the SP...

There will be a PFS "Addendum" well before the DFS that could deliver up to an extra $800 million with a further up to $1billion to come from the DFS, I.e. a total of $1.8billion more...

I read it as Company year...anyhow..
