I suspect they had seen movement in the market and on the share register to confirm things they were hearing about an imminent bid, so why go ahead with ExploreCo if it would be redundant almost immediately…?

I think we will get a juicy Tandy update soon and if not both pieces of news may be held back as part of a bid defense…
