Why is anyone taking any notice of this? They are basically repeating the previous RNS and nothing whatsoever has changed. ii cannot know before anybody else.

Doubt it as it takes a minimum of 6 weeks (up to 65 weeks maximum) to implement a share consolidation. Isn't the AGM end of June? So if passed it would take probably months to go through all the correct procedures. We will relist before then I'm sure.

Exactly. I don't think anyone is fearful it won't relist, just the timing and lack of communication. Many stand to make life changing money so we all have every right to expect clarity.

So 45 days is standard irrespective if they only need 1 week?

The earlier 'generic' reply was from the PR company but I thought it would be better to email someone directly in COPL. I truely hope I'm wrong but I think late June/early July is now probable. No issue if it's all properly done but the companies communication is dreadful. They may yet surprise us.

Bob the reply was from COPL Canada and not the PR company. I have emailed her in the past and to be fair she does reply swiftly but an RNS is if nothing else, courteous to all share holders.

Good afternoon.

As a share holder I am asking for some information regarding the RNS released in Canada yesterday. I was of the understanding that the relisting in London was scheduled for late May/early June but the RNS has lowered my confidence. I do not think it would be much to ask for the company to release an RNS to inform share holders what is happening with the delivery of the prospectus that the FCA require. Are we still on target to relist when proposed or is this now delayed? If so what is the new aim for relisting?

The prospectus will require the most recent financial filings and should include the Audit for Atomic which has not yet been completed. I expect once we have the audit from Atomic, and include that into our financial filings, the Company will have a better idea of timelines.

Thank you for your email. I can only state that the re-admission process is ongoing. It is progressing but the process is ultimately being driven by the FCA. COPL is doing everything it can to push things forward and is working closely with the regulator as it aims to meet its target time frame. As soon as it is in a position to provide a further update on the re-admission timing it will certainly do so.

I'm desperately trying to forget about COPL whilst we're suspended but with language like that it is very, very difficult to ignore. He seems very, very confident and whilst I'm a smallish holder compared to some, 3p would be life changing for me. #staycalm (somehow!).

Is it possible that Art has submitted the prospectus already or would he have to release an RNS to inform us?

I want it no more than 0.8p for the simple fact that if it ooens 1.5p+ there will be a quick sell off. I prefer this share to have steady, positive, gradual growth rather than be a volatile share which what surely lth's prefer. I'm seeking 5-7p within 2 years which based on all known facts and realistic optimism is possible/probable. However if it's regularly spike and dip it becomes too difficult to read as a sp.

They are being relisted on the London Stock Exchange so why on earth are HSBC stating they won't be? HL have told me that as long as COPL Group is relisted on a market THEY trade on, they can stay in an isa. HMRC rules are based on the market a share is traded on i.e British so what are HSBC on about?

I think it would be better to (if possible) release good news in stages i.e (good) miscible flooding results, potential Nigerian progress, TR-1's etc.
I think the SP will be greater for consistently releasing good news in stages rather than a bulk release before retrading. Imo it creates momentum (spike on spike) whereas if all is known on opening it temps investors to sell earlier than they perhaps would have given the 'that's as good as it can get' mentality. If all is known there is the initial 'boom' but it may fizzle out and the gradual progressive rise slower or less substantial whereas a slow release of positivity keeps investors expectations higher and are less likely to sell.

I have finally had a categorical reply from HL and they have said that as long as the (new) company is relisted on a market THEY trade on, then the shares WILL remain in an isa and no need to move.

I have Mick believe me. As I said it is all about personal circumstances and it is definitely possible to keep them long term or at least 75% which is probably the most sensible option.

I'm sure we all have a price that would make us sell up completely and it's all about personal circumstances with things such as remaining mortgages etc. I'm in a predicament in that my investment would have to hit 10p to even consider knocking work on the head and 3p would be at the lower end of 'life changing money'. BUT can I top slice at say 1.5p (which we could possibly open at) or let it the lot ride and take the whole investment @ 3p which again is a very realistic target within 1 year? As I said, these are the personal choices we will all individually have to make and I think targeting a sensible price is my way forward although that may well change depending on the speed with which we hit that target. Very quickly and I will hold longer for a 4p target. Good luck to everyone and I hope you all hit your target.
