SJ. It's totally down to the Russian government that the DFS hasn't been released. We are in the dark as to what the total value is in the ground so everyone is more or less guessing including those who think it's mud and worthless. A mbo is my preferred form of sale and if it was 15p I would be pretty happy. It is what it is though and engaging with people who think it's worthless but spend all day on here knocking telks you it's clearly valuable. Why spend precious breath being on a site like this? Let's hope for good news from the AGM. Most AGM's are nothing but box ticking exercises, but I hope they reveal some news regarding the new listing in Kaz which will no doubt increase the trading scale and hopefully leads to the Russian 'institutional investor' purchasing the required amount of shares and giving us (the ones truly invested that is) a decent return. I am surprised by the webinar that a sale of assests seems to be the preferred route, but as ever, we are only privy to limited information. Good luck to the genuine investors. No. Depending on circumstances AIM can assess AGM dates on a case by case basis. If EUA have a good reason to hold their AGM later than the 15 month guideline, then AIM can give permission.

There are no rules regarding when an AGM has to take place. It does not have to be announced by tomorrow eventhough I wish they would.

Can we please make sure that if you saw this presentation, you don't go on the next one. It only allows 100 guests and there are far more than that interested.

We will not hear anything whatsoever until the process is concluded next month. Jason Knight at KSV confirmed that in an email to me.

My question would be what if someone sold out recently? Are they still able to pursue a claim? We can all prove transactions from the past to show what we purchased and when. Surely you don't have to currently hold to be part of the claim?
