If you buy through the retail book offer your money goes to the company and therefore benefits the company rather than buying on market.

It will detect signs of drowsiness, estimate cognitive load and monitor interaction with the infotainment system. It will also use biometric information to provide insight into short- and long-term changes to a driver’s physical status, such as health, triggering autonomous pullovers and alerts to emergency services.”

I personally don’t think Gen 3 has anything to do with Flexconnect. However the Mitsu partnership may use SEE DMS tech in future offerings.

Multiple somewhere between 10-10x is standard multiple for gold miners on earnings. Depends on many things but safe to say 3x is on the low side!

Shares can be purchased now by brokers and transferred to Aussie funds/shareholders so it is not necessarily the case there will be a spike immediately after listing.

However it has been pitched to UK shareholders that the ASX listing will provide better liquidity and the market has a greater appreciation of miners.

Maybe they should move to the ASX for a proper valuation 😂

Second phase drilling of West Dome Underground been ongoing since 20th Feb so might get some results from that but personally think they will wait to after ASX listing when they can show this as being a larger underground orebody supporting Telfer production for many years ahead.

The companies Wyloo have taken over were both sub $1 billion.

Wyloo would need to get to 90% of voting rights to enforce compulsory purchase of remaining share capital due to the 10% blocking rule in Oz.

Also if Wyloo exceed 20% ownership then an offer would generally be tabled in Oz which can be rejected by shareholders….

If you look at the Sprott note they have some nice tables of valuations at various gold prices maxing out at $2900 and a valuation of the company at 30p plus. The valuations by brokers are extremely conservative.

Obviously the gold price is significantly higher atm as will be GGP once it’s main float is away from London!!

Agreed with all of that. What the market is currently missing, and I don’t expect AIM would ever grasp this in any case, is that these production numbers outlined by yourself will soon be in in black and white on the desks of every fund manager and resource analyst in Oz, the US and Canada.

Combine this with a share consolidation where the free float will be around 200m shares (about 30% of the company if SD’s estimate of II ownership is correct) then there is going to be the mother of all scrums to try and get hold of greatland stock.

The re-rate is not 2 years away it’s months!

FY28 starts mid 2027 so basically 2 years and this comes on line according to SD guidance.

Have feasibility study released quite quickly after ASX listing (remember SD stating they have been working on the FS for years), the numbers in this will allow analysts to understand fully what Has brings financially to GGP. This is basically being ignored at the present mcap.

............. and then the icing on the cake, shortly after Having dfs will be SD dropping the WDD drilling and initial resource which will take the company to the next level. This is all happening in the next 6 months!

No doubt. The Hav dfs will be released very soon after ASX listing and then a proper valuation of the company will be established.

Mm’s will try every trick they have over the next 8 weeks to extract as many shares as possible to ensure ASX has adequate liquidity. Expect plenty of volatility!
