I agree that 5p would be a struggle before the drill Tarry, but post successful drill should be very achievable and by that time hopefully kn1 will be producing and at what level is unknown. Anything above 5 scuffs would allow costs to be covered. Drewky, is it revenue or net cash? I guess that depends on how all the drilling goes but the carry is for FFD.

It's pretty obvious that the valve will have already been changed Tarry, but what would be the point of announcing it without TPDC sign off for the rest of the remediation work. It's not share price affecting so they don't need to announce it and for me it would add nothing to do so without that sign off. Far better to wait and announce it together and to suggest they are so incompetent that they cant even replace a valve doesn't do anyone any favours. I share your frustrations, but not long to go till all this is wrapped up, even if it doesn't happen within the predicted timelines.

No apache, it hasn't just dawned on me and we all know the risks. It's very unlikely that the license wont be issued and my point was they should really be managing, yet again, communications better. Yes, they have said in the last RNS that 30th November is the target date, but for me I don't see how they can give that date with any certainty if dependant on the government and licenses. And yes, the deal is binding, as long as the government provide the licenses. Aminex is in a very weak position for now which will change once the farmout is done and dusted, but right now some communications from them via twitter, like they managed to whilst trying to promote the farmout as transformational, wouldn't go amiss.

And whilst this is an unlikely possibility, it's a clear example of where the bod have let shareholders down and your comment of by default or design CP is certainly something that's been on my mind for months. They need more than ever to communicate with shareholders yet still only do the minimum required even after having it shouted to them it's an issue. All the negativity on this board is down to lack of performance (sp and operationally) coupled with very poor comms which is a dangerous combination. We are left guessing in our current situation whether things are good or we're being........ I'm still in and think it will come good, but they are not helping me in anyway to keep that view. It's is very much a gamble.

Most of the seismics will be over Nyuni and as it stands Aminex would be responsible for 100% of the costs for there. I guess it depends on how the licenses are merged and what happens there.
