I spoke with camarco about 30 mins ago as I knew they were catching up with Jay today. Apparently he is still confident they will meet the November deadline. All we can do as ever is wait and see.

It would be nice if they'd give us a view to a drill.

Solo may have to see this all the way to production to realise the value they are hoping for and that may well include a drill or two on top of ch1. The reason I say that and am cautious about solos position is there was very little in the way of back-in costs when it came to the aminex farmout. It basically looked at what FFD would cost and that was the offer plus 5m to keep the lights on, and that's with the zubs having a just shy of 30% interest in aminex. Maybe there will be other interested parties but if not, I'm concerned there wont be the increase in value some expect after ch1. They should be able to borrow enough to get to production if required. I'm invested there too by the way.

Drewky, one thing that I cant agree with in you last post is the suggestion that we are here to sell the share. Probably bad wording, but surely the board is to discuss the company in general, be that positive or negative. There are always both to some extent and it's really up to the bod to manage pr. I think some just want to slate, some just want to promote and that's actually where it ends up with both sides being unnecessarily exaggerated.

Seismic will be at least 10musd. They have 5 from the farmout and ssome costs backdating to March. There cant be much in the bank from the last accounts and payments for kn gas I don't expect till March/April at the very earliest. I'm expecting they need more to get things moving and I'd be in favour of that more than waiting. Share price should be looking much better by then if they sort out the farmout in the next month or so. Hopefully post ch1.

With the zubairs owning almost 30% of the company I cant see a takeover happening and GL you say no fundraising, but that would only be the case for Ntory. There's still Nyuni and KN and for Nyuni they need cash from somewhere. Surely they cant sit on their arses for a 18 months to 2 years until production is pulling in some money.

If it is the case of chicken and egg, surely legal clauses can be put in place. The farmout is legally binding but dependant on the license, surely the license can be granted dependant on the farmout. Its a requirement to have funding in place for the license which for me is the reason for the farmout and change of operator, so there shouldn't be anything contentious with declaring a clause like that. That's probably me showing my ignorance.

It's interesting you think aminex are using kn1 as a bargaining chip. Personally I see it in completely the opposite way. Aminex have been pushed into a corner by the lack of production at kn1. Who benefits?

Yesterday the share price went up 12% when about 2 million shares were traded out of 3,643.46 million which is 0.05 percent of shares. Not all of them were buys either. Finger in the air with such low volumes.

The commercial requirements are where most gas will be used willow and the zubs want to build a fertilizer plant. That could be 80 odd per day by itself.
