'Not a spanner, the correct way to proceed. They might even prioritize an area in which CH1 is expected to be drilled without carrying out the full commitment'
We'll find out soon enough after the OMC. It would contradict the communications so far if they did wait for seismic and also be strange to plough on with drill preparations earlier in the year including building access roads.
Is it really relevant Bucks? The operator will move things along regardless and scir need to either fund it or lose it (if they still hold a percentage).
I hope you are right. Hopefully the market cap will be in better place if additional funds are needed and it will certainly be worth holding in there by then.
OG, they'll likely want to drill again after seismic results and I'd expect that to be before production begins. So scir may need to fund more than just the current work planned before money is coming in. There is also kn1/ks1 that may get approvals including seismic there too.
They'll start PR after they have a drill date/month confirmed. Pointless doing anything until they have something certain to say. I'd expect all that to be laid out at the OMC.
Yes and I was going to mention the receivables too. They will surely pursue those over the next few months over any fundraise and if successful look for income from kn1. It's just good old Frank again.
Fundraise is very unlikely. They have enough cash to keep going till May 21 (perhaps a bit less due to interest on the loan now paid). The Zubaire's have shown they prefer not to dilute if possible over the past year. Share price will likely be much higher well within the time they have. Unless it's for something accretive it's not going to happen.
It was only a friendly poke at you, Max :) It's been a struggle for everyone involved, but good times ahead as you say. When I spoke to them yesterday, the message was very bullish too.
