I would say the rampers, not the optimists. Man, I'm heavily invested in Novacyt but those kind of statements... We can also see them on Twitter. Hopefully we will see a "major" RNS after the market is closed.

SP is irrelevant... Market cap is the indicator... With the 400+% rise today, SNG's market cap (250+M) exceeded Novacyt's (200M).

Then what could be the amount of the offer? Qiagen makes 1bn revenues a year. Let's say Novacyt will make 200M (5 times less than Qiagen). Therefore, can we reasonably say that ~2bn would be a fair offer? (11bn [offer made to Qiagen]/ 5 = 2bn)
