There are very very good reasons behind the secrecy.

In fact its paramount.

Midas, Ive been as fair as I can be and given advance notice on the board. Anything I type is my opinion only and will be based on what I read and I read everything.

If anyone else is interested in researching seed I suggest they do the same and be sure to read up on everything they can surrounding the company and those associated with it.

As much as I value the share, personal circumstances for me will be changing dramatically around August. I cant guarantee I’ll still be holding before then if this isn’t brought to a satisfactory conclusion.

I hold a lot and a decent average after acccumulating over the last 5 or so years. Even so I do t think me exiting my position would move the needle much but my absence on the board might be more obvious.

I have a lot of faith in Ed and Alfredo but my time and sanity is more precious to me than anything else.

A few of you have DM’d me enquiring about the difference in Valuation of 1.1 Million.

If you look across the whole market multiples are down and share prices are down. When an independent valuation is done they have to draw their workings and comparable valuations from the whole market. Therefore they will mark down valuations as the whole market is heavily beaten up right now.
It’s out of Seeds control and is just market comparison based upon lots of discounted assumptions.

Hardly a surprise. Midas,barwick and Longlad all said they were in it short term and looks like theyve exited their positions. Cant blame them.

I’m staying away from Portage at this price. Like TheWorks mentioned someones been silently loading up from the 5’s and no doubt selling here to fund it. I may take a position when it drops back down after the dump.

Long while to go yet before Portage Produces the goods.
